Key Features

• Ak-Sight is a digital sight system designed for 40mm grenade launcher platforms (eg AK-40GL, AK-40GLX, AK-40GLJ and other 40mm grenade launchers).
• With its technological hardware and software components, it calculates the ballistic distance of the selected ammunition (low,
medium and high VELOCITY) and displays the target distance information on the screen.
•With its automatic calibration feature, the warning system which shows the barrel rotation slope that may cause the ammunition to go out of target, provides a high hit-rate with each shot.
•It provides the opportunity to shoot fast and accurately to targets located at multiple and different distances without having to deal with mechanical sight settings.
•With its integrated Picatinny connection structure, it can easily be attached to and detached from the weapon platform. Depending on the user’s choice and the structure of the gun, it can be used on side
(right/left) and top Picatinny rails.
• It can be used in the Turkish Armed Forces’ new generation infantry rifles (Mpt-76 and Mpt-55 etc.), where the AK40-GL weapon platform can be mounted, and other infantry rifles with Picatinny rail feature.
• The integrated buttons, which have an IP68 protection degree, allow to select the weapon and ammunition types for accurate ballistic calculates and are also resistant to water, dust and external impacts.
•It offers the user the opportunity to shoot with pre-programmed “low, medium, high velocity, practice, gas and smoke” ammunition.
• Its anodized coated aluminum outer body is resistant to hard impacts.
• Its LCD OLED screen, which is strengthened with nano technology against breaking and scratches, is designed to be used in harsh terrain and climate conditions for many years.
• Upgradable software for many more weapon platforms and ammunition types.
•Ability to work in harsh climate and weather conditions (between -40 and +65).
